Advises on how engagements are framed commercially and how capital is allocated across the technology portfolio.

Mark built his career in finance and business development before co-founding Cohesys, moving from investment and fund management into advising where the commercial case and the technical one have to agree. He is an approved Financial Adviser's Representative with Bank Negara Malaysia. On the Founding Advisory Board he contributes strategic direction and capital-allocation judgment without day-to-day operational duties.

Advises on growth systems and how client operations stay coherent as the practice scales.

Faisal's background sits on the client side of complex products: employee benefits, insurance and account renewal. He has led benefits programmes and senior account renewal inside an insurtech, and earlier managed client relationships at a major Malaysian bank. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from California State University, Dominguez Hills, after the American Degree Transfer Programme at Sunway University. As a Strategic Operations Advisor he shapes growth and systems thinking without carrying day-to-day operational titles.

Advises on how products are experienced — interface, flow and the design decisions that should carry through to build.

Jermaine works across UX research, interface design and visual identity. He came to design the long way round, teaching himself the craft after four years as an aircraft maintenance technician, and later formalised it with a diploma in multimedia design. That mix shows in the work: careful about how something is put together, and equally careful about how it looks. On the Founding Advisory Board he guides experience architecture without holding an operational design-office title.
